Chicken Saltimbocca

Yeah I made chicken saltimbocca, and it was easy.  I had prosciutto and fresh mozz from when we recently made the pizza, and I added my fresh spinach for a little green-ness.  I found this recipe on Williams-Sonoma and it was really straight forward.  I didn't have enough white wine and was too lazy to go buy more so I worked with about 1/4 of a cup instead of 3/4.  It really didn't create enough sauce so I would definitely improve upon that next time. Besides that, the recipe was super easy and only took about 20 mins.  Not bad for a first attempt.  
(All of the greens are fresh from my garden!  It feels great to make my own food.)
